BookFLIX and Wordle

Second and third graders will be checking out some new databases like BookFLIX. What's a database you ask?
It's a web-based resource for learning. It's one of the virtual libraries available through Great Prairie AEA and it's fun! Students will be reading a related fiction and nonfiction text in BookFLIX, then do a bit of research in a couple other databases and then create a Wordle. So now you ask, "What's a Wordle?" It's a word cloud. Look at the one I created about a milk cow. Go to the I Create page to make a Wordle.
